Satellites. Satellites can be for either hubs or links

@@arthur8888ab I'd like to inquery about how to process the SCD(slow changing data) in satellites? In a sen a satellite stored the address info, and when a record was updated, there will be on hash key related to the two records? or two different hash keys related to two records?

Customer Engagement is no longer mentioned in the licensing guide! Very in keeping with MSFT licensing tradition that it's out of date as soon as it's released!
