Curious whether you still have this very cool guitar? I bought one recently via Reverb with the same Ric style headstock. I don't have much information on the model but would appreciate any documentation you could share. I contacted Duesenberg for info. They couldn't tell me much due to the age but they did say fewer than 50 were built.

The bare knuckles are nasal sounding but it's hard to tell because he was playing around with the tone and volume on the guitar to much???

The CB Fn5 sounds just like my 5E3 on Cinnamon Girl. Creamy compression with grit. Nice comparison! I was torn on the Fn5 or LL to get those tones through a big clean amp. Fn5 ftw!

I preferred the Gibson, folks are saying the BK is scooped, but I felt it sounded a bit more nasal. Not quite as balanced as the Gibson. Thanks for posting

I just upgraded to Bare Knuckle Nantucket p90 in my BJA JR. I have to say it is way better and right sounding over the almost dark sounding p90-H humbucker sounding....

Both pickups sounded good but I preferred the Gibson pickup. Quite amazing for a stacked humbucker. I’ve got P100s on an es135 and they’re nowhere near as good. I do wonder about pickups like Bareknuckle which are hand wound as each one will be slightly different due to the scatter pattern.

I disagree, and you're the first person I've ever heard a negative comment from about this pedal. Did you notice he had the tone backed way off with the single coils? It was only a little past 9 o'clock. The Formula 5 is an outstanding tweed voiced pedal and get's rave reviews EVERYWHERE so with that in mind, maybe you're just a little bit tone deaf....lol.
