Thank you for the video. I have a Korg Pa600, PC Laptop, Ableton live 12 lite. I hooked up the keyboard by USB to the laptop. But Ableton did not see the Keyboard as MIDI. How can I do it?

It all made sense but how to get low latency while playing a midi keyboard?

all i'm getting is audio from this video showing in my ableton channel strip. But no midi signal even showing on ableton top right midi signal indicator. Also, when I go to choose which to check in track/sync/remote/MPE (Live 11) the first instance for my keystation 49 mk3 is in red lettering. Also, under the choices for devices, I only need to select midi ins as it's just a note input, and pitch/octave I need it for. However, I am giving two choices for input (and output if needed) which are kaystation 49 mk3, and for keystation mk3 port 2. What do I do hear? The keystation has previously worked with this laptop with both usb connectors i have for it. And I don;t even particularly remember doing any setup to speak of. This time around I'm pulling my hair off and looking for a HIGH CLIFF!

I'm not seeing that there is an Live button to click for the settings you're talking about. I'm on Ableton Lite. Is that different?

so, i have a subzero commandkey25 plugged into my laptop, ableton identifies it, track and remote enabled, but the keyboard of the computer is still what ableton is using, no sounds from midi controller

Your description mentions it a little bit, but is this some sort of like competition? - it seems like maybe everyone was provided with this short and then it was up to individuals to create music to go along with it? - were you provided with any of the sounds as well? Such as the popping of the bubble gum? Or is that from you? - did you create all of this music from scratch? Or was it some stuff that you already had created from other projects and used as a starting point? - how in the world do you even come up with something so creative and so fitting? I don't think this answer has a question! This is the magic!

Video is helpful but, to be honest I would have never bought an AKAI MPK261 if I knew it was going to be this difficult. I thought the whole point of a synth is to screw around with it, experiment with it and then eventually get the hang of it and figure it out. None of that is happening for me. This thins will not even work. All it does is light up that it, no sounds, not able to play it nothing.

Just FYI... the tempo track has no application to a multitrack that was originally made without a metronomic click. In other words, in order to follow along with this training video, one needs a suitable multitrack file. This needs to be listed in the requirements section or the title itself. Thanks
