Thank you for this review. I've used the memory foam bamboo pillow for maybe 6 - 7 years now. But find that after two or three of years, it doesnt give me the same support anymore. So I end up buying another one, even though theyre meant to have a 10 year guarantee. So I'm going to try the hybrid one and see how i get on. Thabks again 😊

Ok. Let's continue the endless story with this company. New updates: Basically, 2 days ago 2 guys came to collect the bed and they broke the vase of a plant in the stairs of my building when moving the bed. Today after 2 days I have not received the refund yet. And their phone line is not working and they do not reply to my emails. I forgot to say one more thing: I invite everyone to filter the negative reviews (1 star only for example) and check their responses. You can see that they are all the same (AI messages or copy paste messages): from this you can already understand how much they care about their clients. As specified last week I am posting again my extremely bad experience with this company. The updates are: 1.) they requested me below my name and surname (which is written on the review) and my order number (which can be easily found by them by matching my name and surname with the type of item ordered (the bed mentioned below) and the date of the order (mentioned below). I believe that there is only one person with my name or surname who placed the order for that specific item on that specific date. So their request is only to delay further the refund. They keep lying as always. Anyway I provided them this info. 2.) Yesterday I called them and I was told that someone from their logistic team would have contacted me within 3-5 working days but they told me that they specified that the matter was urgent. 3.) Today they replied to my email repeating again 3-5 working days. I replied back saying that 3-5 working days was yesterday and today is the second day already and considering the urgency I would expect that someone can contact me today. I am still waiting for a reply. Meanwhile, I post again what I wrote yesterday: Where Can I start? 1.) On the 10th of June, I placed an order for a super king size Emma Deluxe Hotel Set. The "material" section of their website shows the Emma NextGen Premium Mattress as well but this can be also added at an additional cost. So, as it was not clear to me if the mattress was included or not, I decided to call them. Over the phone, Emma confirmed me TWICE (2 different calls with 2 different people) that the mattress was included. So, I have decided to proceed with the order. 2.) The 21st of June they delivered the bed but: a.) the mattress was not delivered; b.) one piece of the 3 pieces of the bed was completely broken. 3.) Consequently, on the 23rd of June I submitted a claim through their website and also wrote them an email. They only replied to me on 26th of June, saying that the mattress was not included (basically they said that it was a mistake of their colleagues to communicate to me that it was included) and that they would have sent me the replacement of the broken piece as soon as they could. 4.) After several emails of chasing, on Friday the 5th of July they wrote me an email saying that the replacement was dispatched and that I should have received it on Monday the 8th of July. 5.) On the 15th of July, taking into account that I had not received any replacement nor any communication from them, I wrote them an email and called them as well. 6.) by phone and by email on the 17th of July, they told me that the replacement was not actually dispatched and that there were no further movements on the replacement. 7.) Consequently, I have decided to cancel the order (both by email and by phone) on the 16th of July. Over the phone, they told me that someone would have contacted me the day after on the 17th to arrange the collection of the bed and later the refund of the money. 8.) As expected, nobody contacted me on the 17th. So I called again today the 18th of July to chase them over the phone and they told me now that someone will contact me to arrange the collection shortly. By email, they are not answering anymore. I will write a review and keep Trustpilot users updated everyday starting from now until I will receive my money back. 9.) Finally, on the 20th of June (before the delivery of the bed with the broken piece and without the promised mattress), I placed another order for 2 fitted sheets, 1 mattress protector and 2 duvet cover. The communicated expected delivery was between the 24th and 27th of June (1 week after my order). On the 26th of June, they wrote me an email saying that, due to unforeseen circumstances, my order may have been delivered by the 31st of July. After asking them to be precise several times and always receiving vague answers, I decided to cancel this order. To summarise, nothing (customer services, mistakes of communication, presentation of website, pieces broken, delays) is positive about this company. Anyway, I will keep you posted everyday until the day I will receive my refund for the bed, so I can later forget forever this company.

A Fraudulent company, Iam from india, i bought the mattress and it didn't suit my body so i opted for return, its been weeks and they haven't come to pick up the mattress, the customer care is really horrible and is of no help, so i am finally taking my matter to the consumer court, so i would advice everyone to think carefully before buying.

Top and bottom is memory foam with hd foam at middle. I think company should use hello cool gel open cell memory foam at one side for summer and hello close cell memory foam at other side for winter with airgo cell foam in middle for air circulation.

Just wanted to ask a couple of questions about the front sleeping point raised in the video. 1) Is this a substantial problem for people laying on their front (i.e. development of back issue) or is this more of a pronounced issue depending on a persons weight (i.e. would a lighter person not really have an issue of sunken hips?) 2) How does this mattress compare to the Pro model for a person sleeping on their front?

PLEASE READ - This has been my only way to provide a real review about the Emma Mattress as its been impossible to leave it anywhere else. I will give you my Non-paid review. This mattress is good for people who sleeps on their backs or belly. This is not a good mattress for people who are side sleepers. I suffer from back pain also, and I can tell you that it works wonders, as I don't have any more lower back pain (its been 3 months since we bought it - Emma Hybrid Comfort King). However, the real problem starts on your shoulders and hips. This is a almost firm mattress even though is promoted as a level 5 (0-10) firmness, I think it should be a 7. Also, for women who experience hot flashes or just hot sleepers, this one its not as cool as it claims to be. But, the best thing is that you have 365 days to try it out. So, after 3 months we are returning it.

Emma only go as far as to say '7 Zones of 18cm tall Infinity Pocket springs' - which isn't a count per se. We would assume that Emma aren't sharing, because it's less springs than your normal pocket sprung mattress so they don't want to invite the comparison - but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Remember that this is still a Hybrid Mattress, with edge to edge springs for a greater breathability than the previous foam wrapped ones. The foam is also breathable and comfortable, fitting to your body shape without as much of a 'homer simpson groove' which pure foam mattresses deliver. So it has a lot of benefits Vs a pure spring mattress which are worth considering all together. Consider the foam content of a 2000 pocket sprung mattress.... its 0. This one is a good marriage between the benefits of both! Does that help?

It's definitely not the cheapest pillow in the world, thats for sure. And if you aren't that bothered about your pillow or have better things to spend your money on, then probably not! If you have the budget for it and you want a really top of the range pillow, then you'll be satisfied with this one

Can you tell me in your experience which was the softer feeling mattess. This hybrid supreme or the all foam supreme version. Im trying to decide which to get. I'm a 12 stone side sleeper predominantly.

@@thesleepadvisors It certainly can be subjective, and, like clothing sizes, different to each manufacturer. I've been to Dreams this morning to attempt to make a decision on which mattress to purchase. A Silentnight medium can feel firm to a Sleepeezee medium, etc. The sleep match machine (likely a load of baloney) matched me to none of the ones I had earmarked. I really like the Beatrice but at £1,699.00 for a king size I think I will try a SleepSoul Space 2000 or Wish 3000 first.

The Panda Hybrid is great for hot sleepers, supportive and cool with a better airflow than Simba. But we'd recommend a combination sleeper to go with the adjustable Simba so that you can choose your level of support. The nanocubes are great for this. Which do you lean towards?
