Hiya I am one of the organisers thank you for uploading the video the problem with the Academy the last orders was meant to be 1:30 they kept the door open until 3 am we have to be mindful the Venue closes at 5 it's a late licence and people cannot be in and out all night it is very rare that you can go till 5 in the morning we've got a very good relationship with the Manchester over the years when we done shows we had to finish at 4 am. the latest we can get Manchester Academy is 5 a.m. and we cannot spoil that relationship Most venue licence around Manchester is closed between 2 and 3 a.m. it does not worth the risk as we need to use the Venue again and do not want to be black blacklisted in this kind of environment if your blacklisted from one venue then you'll be blacklisted from all once again thank you very much for uploading this wonderful video. Apparently, everyone thinks that their own Caribbean islands dancing and carnival has the best representation and example in comparison to other islands and places. Its a well known and timeworn reaction. Good natured rivalry! Thanks for the response. Hope you enjoyed watching the video!
