Vegas has gone severly downhill since the Pandemic!!! Vegas is NO longer a SAFE place to live as a person that moved here to Las Vegas in 2011!!!! Bring Vegas to what it once was!!!! Kudos to YOU and to your channel Shane!!!!

Commercial users can blast all over the sidewalk, and if you call this office they say, "Only if we see it!" So if they run after 4pm, there are no inspectors. Konami on Pilot and Sunset runs all over the sidewalk, and who cares if I mention their name and location. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. I have only known this for many years. Look at the sidewalk at Boulder Station. The sidewalk is black! Why black? The water runs and sits on it. It does not matter. Come to think about it, Sam's Town is the same. I moved into that neighborhood and witnessed this in 2016, and it still occurs.

⚠️ Warning about Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems: They remove almost 100% of minerals from water. That might sound extra clean and good for drinking, but it can be dangerous. Studies show that drinking RO water can actually demineralize your bones. This is because the pure RO water with just dihydrogen monoxide compounds is very ACTIVE. Without minerals already in the water, it'll pull the minerals from your bones! I have RO water, and I remineralize it by adding some filtered water from the sink. I just want some minerals in there to neutralize it, so to speak. There are probably better ways to remineralize it, let me know if you know of such way. Anywho, great info!! I look forward to checking out this aspect of the springs preserve, I didn't know about it before :)

It’s really too bad with the “kids in the neighborhood dirt biking etc…..” that to me is all the reasons why I would prefer dealing with the HOAs of gated communities…..But it’s good to learn about the different areas of the Las Vegas vicinity…..Dated design.

All opinions and preferences welcome. I find it refreshing that kids are still being kids, and when the community is adjacent to miles upon miles of desert trails, i don’t think I’d mine seeing a motorbike cruise down the street every now and then. As for the architectural design and interior design I find to be tastefully done and timeless. I like contemporary modern as well, but this home is very well crafted. I appreciate your feedback back and I’ll make sure to get some Las Vegas modern home tours in the near future, I appreciate your feedback and thanks for watching 🙏🏽

I guess if you live near it, you would think about it, but most people here really and truly never think about them at all since they're so far out, on the outskirts of town. But yes, it's legal. Just never think about it. So much more to enjoy out here.
