The first boss fight at the beginning of this video, I have another tip that helped me immensely! I used the item to hide my presence then walked all the way around to backstab the warrior that helps the boss, and used the Puppeter skill that makes the enemy your ally. The boss will barely attack anymore because the warrior helping you will keep attacking him cancelling his attacks.

I started to enjoy more this series once I started to take the time to read the stories showcased for each type of enemy. The story makes much more sense in hindsight. Makes me wonder why the developers took another approach to storytelling. The game mechanics are amazing, they look polished and so fun. Without the story they eventually feel "emptier" in my opinion, with less weight.
