This piece was also used in SG 1 Children of the Gods right after the death glider was shot down. The other times I am aware of is when the no-longer- touched came out of the shadows at the end of The Broca Divide and the end of Fire and Water.

Resident evil 2 2019 maybe a more royal remake to 2 1998 but the dialogues, music, pacing and animation of the enemies and the characters was so well done in DC!

So you have this buffoon in a dress singing opera, you had the whole Psycho crossdressing thing going on in Code Veronica, and you had the guy who turns into the ballet-dancing high-heeled big-boobed Tyrant in Dead Aim. All those games came out between 2000 and 2003. There must have just been a dev who was real thirsty for effeminate crossdressers and could NOT keep his work and his life separate lol
