Why are your feet in different positions. You're going to get different activation on each side
@bowtaifitness Жыл бұрын
Yup! That is the point for this exercise. Imagine doing a single leg hip thrust to focus on one side at a time. Using the b-stance allows you a little more balance as you use the other leg sort of like a kickstand.
@pauldavison7105 Жыл бұрын
@@bowtaifitness the normal stance isn't in any way unbalanced. Makes no sense
@BOWTAI Жыл бұрын
If by normal stance you mean with both legs planted evenly yes, you are correct it is perfectly balanced. But for many, performing this exercise with one single leg planted can be quite difficult. The b-stance performed in the video is a great way to allow people to perform the hip thrust unilaterally.
@pauldavison7105 Жыл бұрын
@@BOWTAI makes no sense as you're trying to get equal Ballance. Making the stance unstable is pointless and opens you up to injury. You wouldn't do a squat with one leg in a stupid position. Internet people thinking of stupid ideas to be unique

Your video was the only decent one I could find that really showed the Egyptian lateral raise with dumbbells!

Yeah. Short video showing the movement that I wanted without the useless small talk! Also good camera angle to see what the "diagonal" means :)

I liked the vid so much. I have been trying to find for a vid similar to yours that really breaks down everything in this vid! 🧑🏻⚕️ 👌 That descriptions at 1:19 is my favorite. Your tip really is like the content of Dr Ethan. Doctor Ethan's videos are informative and he helped me on my wellness. You should watch his page out and give the Doctor a like! 👉 #DrEthanNews

Hey! I liked this a lot. I have been trying to research for vid that informs the ideas in this vid. 🧑🏻⚕️ 🥼 The part at 1:01 is my fav. Your breakdown is similar to the content of Dr Ethan. Ethan's explanations are really insightful and I really learned a lot for finals! He is an awesome Doctor! I suggest you see his KZbin out and give the med student a subscribe! ➡️ #DoctorEthanKZbin
