Went here and checked the house! Super fond of the style! Will be a great house for small family until close to retirement with the master bedroom on the main floor! Looking forward to live in this home 😁

Thanks for the video. You set a positive, calm tone with your introduction. As for the floor plan, I'm not sure I love it. The entrance looks quite narrow and then opens up into maze-like corridors. Fridge being tucked away at the back of the kitchen is a bit strange. Not sure I'd get used to carrying stuff out and around the corner to the main counter. I guess that's one way to get your steps in. The master bath...is there a window out to your neighbor's house right in the middle of the vanity!? Don't like that at all. Best feature is the large windows in the living room.

Thank you for the kind words and the feedback! One of the best parts about The Encore and the other floor plans with Morrison is they do allow customizations with your layout at that price point. You can certainly change up how the flow is for that home. As far as master bath window, it all depends on the lot placement as well.

I’m not sure why anybody would to spend such an amount on a condo in Calgary. CALGARY is not even a premium city. Cold winters, no NBA team….not even an NFL city! I'd rather live in Minneapolis 😂

Beautiful home, I love how the master bedroom closet goes right into the laundry room, so convenient. One of the things I noticed is they actually have ceiling fans in the bathrooms, that’s great to see. Those little round ones mounted on the walls just don’t do anything. Regardless of which, I think the option for the layout they’re offering with Newbrook is definitely valued especially considering the prices up against Cardel and Homes by Avi in that area. By the way, how’s the new build process going?

@@lifeincalgaryab makes sense, and new home is coming along nicely. We finalized everything with the design center. And overall extremely pleased by the final selection and pricing offered to us. You will definitely be in our house warming party invitation list 🙂. Now we are waiting for the city permit to start digging. But I still think we are 11 months away. Which I am personally okay with, considering rates and stuff. But it is crazy to see, how fast these homes are being built in the area! 😳

That’s very kind of you! I’d be honored to come by once the home is done. It’d be nice to finally meet you after our exchanges the last few months! Love hearing that! I’ve checked in with my clients last week and they’ve said the same thing. Experience has been very good for the time being. Crazy enough, they’re going to build out the SW very quickly. Considering the carrying cost for builders in this high interest environment, it’s to their benefit to have a high turn over to park their money in the next home or project. You picked a great location!
