That is a lot of work to turn that lousy running tank into the beauty that it is now. 👍💯

Cool project! I just wonder, would it be possible to make it rc? When you leave out the interior. I wonder if motors will fit in there. I wanne make a rc tank, one type which is not so common
@sirwolkАй бұрын
Thanks for comment. Yes, it is possible to make an RC model out of this model. Based on this chassis I made the RC model Marder III. It used to be a Panda model without interior, but the rest was the same. See this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/povdnmBugM2LhKs

This is a great model, I made this and it looks really but to be honest you made a much better job of it The downside is all the shells - very laborious Don’t like the shell leaving the barrel!

This is a very interesting model with many elements. I think you will have lots of fun building it. If you want to show the interior, do not glue the upper engine covers and front hatches. Unless you figure out some way to open the whole thing. I wish you good luck and keep my fingers crossed.

Great build and camouflage, but you installed parts F2 upside-down. The rails should peep over the top of the upper hull.

HAHA. You're right. I didn't notice it. Thanks for paying attention.

I've got to say, that came out great. I have one in my collection, are there any problems in the build I should watch out for? 🙂
@sirwolk7 ай бұрын
The model is easy to assemble. If you want to mount Mauser rifles, place them before gluing the top. It is impossible to place all of them later. I have three out of four. You have to be careful when assembling the tracks because they have delicate parts and there are only four spare parts. I broke a few and had to glue them back on.

Nice one, really nice work. I am looking to buy one too but they are out of stock here in the Netherlands. MG42 must be a MG34 ;) You can not change the barrel of a 42 with that shield there, so thats why they allways put a MG34 on it in real life. Hope the tip helped.
@sirwolk7 ай бұрын
The MG42 is already included. I saw photos where it was also installed, so I guess it's also a good choice. Maybe next time I'll use MG34 😀 Good luck in your search. The model is very pleasant to build, although it has a few simplifications.

Good job on the interior. I noticed the gunner has a padded backrest, but nothing on the seat.....I'm gonna guess an enterprising soldier would have fixed this. I know I would have if my seat had no padding for my butt.

I did not do the wiring because the radio and the entire front is not visible in my case. I made and painted these elements, but when I discovered that it is impossible to remove the top as in the panther, I gave up adding details.
