I’m hella late but we gonna classify maxwell as a pop singer? Prince? Ginuwine? Jagged Edge? They all loved exhibiting their vocal range. Even Sisqo had songs where he’d go crazy in the falsetto. Every R&B singer uses a falsetto. Daniel’s falsetto just happen to be crazy high lol. This is more R&B than usher in my opinion. And we not even gonna get started on Whitney, Brandi, and Mariah. Try and tell me they pop and not R&B.

On the topic of the mumble rapper ..I agree he is trash as far as lyrical ability concerns especially coming from a 80s baby ....iv seen and heard all the dredliest rappers lyricist.. from the days of n.wa to pun ...from big l to kendrick to j Cole . With that being said we as the older heads can only try to give positive constructive criticism because when u think about it the illest ones come from poverty ..pac, b.i.g., the goat Eminem the list is never ending for that fact we must try to uplift and inspire our youth and I mean all youth not just black ,brown , wjite.....I mean all shades....we must break the cycle.
