I love your gothic journals, Kath! This one is so rich and lacy looking! The tag showing the woman holding a white fan, and having frizzy hair looked familliar, so I looked in my file of vintage things and found the exact same image! Am I seeing cream and brown stitching on this journal? Very effective use of machine stitching. Love all the layers I'm seeing! It's as though this journal has been sitting up in an attic for years and years...beautiful ink distressing and coffee dying. The size of yourpages makes them easy to use. I am so enjoying spending an afternoon with coffee in my cup and your videos on my computer...thank you!

This entire journal has such a creepy, disturbing look...you've definitely succeeded with this one!! Grunge factor is impressive...your stitching plays a major roll. Coffee dye and gilding wax...nice. Torn black lace is another creepy embellishment that works really well in this "strange" journal. So-o-o dramatic!!
