Worked great at first then idk wtf happened. Used it for a few weeks then it just wont seal anymore. Idk if its because how bent the bags are or the seal itself. Was thrilled at first now im bummed out i gotta go buy a different one

This thing sucks and your customer service sucks! Ours stopped working after less than a year of using. Probably has only sealed 40-50 bags in less than 1 year. 🗑️ it’s garbage now!

I had the same problem everyone else did at first. It's all about how you place the open end of the bag into the tray. Just lay the open end on top of the tray. Do not allow any of the bag to extend past the top of the tray. Really small margin to mess this up so you have to be precise.

I just bought one and tried it out this afternoon. It doesn’t do anything. It makes noise and doesn’t vacuum the air out at all. I have done everything it says in the manual and it still doesn’t work. I guess I am going to have to return it.
