Outside it was surprisingly tolerable (probably thanks to the breeze), but when we were in buildings, air conditioned or not, they were death 😂 It also probably helped that my flight suit was just a simple Spirit Halloween one.

Thank you! It was awesome seeing you guys perform there at the firehouse! And with the walking tour, it can definitely be awkward taking the subway with the packs and the rest of the gear, but it was still a lot of fun.

I feel like it should be obvious, but as I'm not really familiar; what does redeeming a digital code for a movie do?

When you redeem a digital code, the movie gets added to a digital library of movies on Vudu and sometimes KZbin and it's like having your collection on the go (but only for new titles)

I've got no idea what happened. He probably just ran out of movies, but thank you for watching! I spent around two weeks on this video, on and off, and didn't think about adding the titles until the very end. So, I had to spend even longer tracking down the titles again.

@@boundlesslovesmovies Then thanks again for it. I wouldn't have worried if they ran out of movies; the entire series seems to be deleted is what has me confused. Maybe copyright claims on 20 second clips from 50-year-old movies caught up with them.

Why aren’t some movies getting a physical release at all. Barbarian was a pretty successful horror movie and they decided to only do digital and streaming for that movie.

Imaginary and Lisa Frankenstein will be getting a 4K (Imaginary in Italy, Lisa I do not remember as I cannot find my notes on this) Immaculate is getting 4K in Germany with Mediabook. Night Swim was already released in 4K by Universal, same with Holdovers. Many of the boutique labels released a ton of horrors

The physical market is almost dead and is why they won't release most in 4K. 4K on Disc were never popular to begin with, and 4K prices scared off the average John Doe too. At least they managed to release Aliens, True Lies and The Abyss in 4K. DVD is still outselling Blu-Ray as of 2024, 18 years after Blu-Ray came...

Two reasons: -people do not want physical media anymore, especially on 4K. 4K disks never outsold DVD and BD, 4K has always been a niche because the disks and players are expensive and people are happy enough with 2K and below resolution. So why should studios spend the money and marketing on niche products thay nobody buys? -the studios are owned by corporate conglomerates who prefer recurring revenue vs; one time revenue. They would much rather put 4K content on their streaming service and charge $20 per month instead of 4K on a disk where customers pay $30 just one time.

DVD is still outselling Blu-Ray 18 years after it came which is insane. People didn't even buy the old 30$ Samsung Blu-Ray player as a entry in to Blu-Ray. Blu-Ray's are sold as low as 1$, and yet people keep buying DVD for their 4K or 1080p TV's.

4K disc sales in May was 18.5% while blu ray's 19% (DVD still going strong with 62.4%) so you argument that 4K is niche market does not hold up. 4K was a niche market 4 or 5 yers ago when Distributors like Arrow or Shout start doing 4K's so it is not niche anymore. now.. for the second point I can agree but it is specially true to Disney and their shitty streaming service (Poor Things, First Omen being 4K on their streming only), other companies put out new 4K's on weekly basis

A lot of 4K's get released in other countries but not here. I agree, it's stupid! I wish the US got more but sadly sometimes we only get the Blu-ray. I recently started importing a lot of 4k's off eBay & amazon. They are all region free & will work anywhere, the 4K discs, not always the Blu-rays. Same goes with Blu-ray, there are A TON of Blu-rays overseas that we still only have the DVD release. Lisa Frankenstein got a 4K in Germany. Immaculate is getting a 4K mediabook release from Germany coming in July. Night Swim got a 4K in UK. The Holdovers got a 4K in UK.

I don't tend to import because I don't get into all the technicalities like players and regions, but theres a lot of titles I wish that would just get a US 4K! Like Late Night With the Devil I'm pretty sure is UK locked but I'm not too sure.

A Norwegian movie called "The Burning Sea" got only Blu-Ray release in Norway, while UK got 4K UHD of that Norwegian movie. That doesn't make sense at all.
