I’m still wondering, yes your videos are very helpful. I was searching to find if the pay is every week every other week or once a month, especially since some of the pay is guarantee.

what was training like as far as the days. I was told there will be 32 days of training and 3 non consecutive days off. What does that look like?

@@KymaniLeng heyy! It went really well, I did good in the interview, but I should’ve spoken up more when the interviewers “went away” and muted their mics while listening to us go over the scenario given. I didn’t get the job, but now I know what to do next time.

I just did the assessment, the third part was timed (limited to 15 minutes) had division and multiplication questions and asked applicants not to use a calculator. I’ll admit I’m out of practice with math 🫣. I hope I still make it to the next round! Did you have that on your exam?

If I can ask. I stumbled upon a year old video where you had left your regional carrier and I think you mentioned something about a Charter. Can you mention some of the pros and cons of working for a Charter over another regional or a mainline? I was considering Skywest Charter because it sounded like it was easier to live where you presently live. Any informations is appreciated. David

This might be a dumb question. In training, are you allowed to stand up in the back? In my first flight attendant training, they allowed us to stand up in the back just so we wouldn't get tired by sitting down. It may sound kind of silly but for someone like me, it helped me stay alert and focused to stand up. Do they allow that?

Home reserve is included in your monthly guaranteed hours. It should be about 3/3.5 hours
