ADS came blasting into my ears shortly after the meditation portion began. It washed away the breathwork and completely disrupted my focus. I will not be repeating unfortunately.

Thanks so much bro! Love it, finally got to 3 minutes hehe. Is there a version with a bit slower breathing pace? (p.s. for those commenting about ads, adblocker is free😉)
@breathcentral7644 күн бұрын
Thank you so much :) Not in the exact same format with the increasing pace but there are plenty of only slow pace videos on the channel. You can find them in the Slow Pace playlist :)

Sound cuts off at 20 minutes, please review your videos before posting
@breathcentral7646 күн бұрын
Sorry I don't quite understand. What do you mean by sound exactly? 20minute mark is on the meditation part which in the No Music version means silence and therefore shouldn't have any sound at all. I couldn't find any issues with the sound in this video.

I'm asthmatic, and in the past, I was only able to hold my breath for 30 to 45 seconds. It's amazing that I held it for 2 minutes, 30 seconds.

Good morning 🌄, I just want to say I'm not a beginner with breathwork but for some reason I choose this particular video, I took it a step further and squeezed my pelvic floor and paraneim and I have to say I experienced God, the DMT went up to pineal gland and I felt the most amazing comfortable feeling ever..my blood felt ice cold my feet were non-existent and my hands felt like lobster claws!🦞 Super grateful in this moment.

It is wonderful that you have made so many videos, but do you have an overview somewhere as a list or so? I pick them random..
@breathcentral7649 күн бұрын
Thank you! :) Yes there are playlists available on this channel where they are organized when it comes to breaths number and pace. Should be easier to find a video you prefer that way :)

I was struggling to get to a 2 minute breath hold so I began sitting on the side of my bed and doing 50x2 second heel raises, followed by 50 breaths in through the nose, pulling shoulders back at the same time. No problem getting to 2 minutes and beyond now. Hope this can help anyone in a similar situation. ❤️

Tried a lot of your breathing sessions, but I think, this one is the best. I love it. Can`t wait, until its cold enough to use it before going into the ice cold lake.

Thank you! 15 years ago I suffered a TBI and along with that came an aphasia (still struggling with it). I was breathing irregularly, chaotic until I found this video. I'm doing these exercises every morning and it really helps. Thank you!

Thank you It's my day 5 with your Wim Hof sessions, the first time i succeed until the end. The floating feeling in between and at the end is the best! Is it possible to put these sessions on Spotify, or it is not the right platform for this kind of things? Thank you again Have a good day

At some point after 10 seconds the sound escapes the picture, is that correct? Very confusing....
