My precious wife and I are so grateful for this channel. Started following since Covid Lockdowns, and it has become a part of our daily early morning starts to the day. We have learned so so much, and we have changed towards each other, towards others, and thank Riekert for making us realise that Jesus should be the center of our lives. Even though we battle the flesh, we find comfort in the knowledge that Jesus is the Lord of our lives, and, that mindset has helped us overcome fleshly temptations with unbelievable victories. Thank you, Riekert, for being available to us and making us aware of our shortcomings. To God be the glory.

Just want to say this: after retiring from teaching in 2019 I became aware of your Vita Dei Woordskool KZbin channel. There is much that I can say but suffice to say that I have watched/listened to every one of your 533 Vita Dei clips in Afrikaans (and other sermons eg Crisis, as that is where I found myself) and it has changed my life ---- in the sense that you constantly point us back to Jesus and what the Word says. I became to know who Jesus is in my life and what it means to be obedient to the Word. There is so much more that I could say, but look forward to your teachings every week. Followed your travels through Africa and who knows, may it be that I get an opportunity to visit Hermanus.
