Why do I need a sound of a fan to go sleep, idek to be honest

I have paranoia and this helps allot with sleep so every noise I hear I’m like 0_0 but with this I’m like -_-

I listen to this a lot when I go to sleep and I have never been awake while it ended

Is anyone listening to this cos they in a hotel and there isn't a fan, so now u have went to YT to try and find a fan that sounds perfect, and this one is ok, so u settle with this one

So far i've watched about 40 of these fan white noise videos and this is the ONLY one that sounds like a fan and not like some industrial machine. i think most people who make these videos put their microphone way too close to their fan. This is perfect, i just wish it was longer!

I can not sleep with out a fan . This calmed me down and soothes my brain . And relaxes my body

I litteraly use this to fall asleep at night acince I cant use my own fan bc it uses up to much electricity. Overall love this thanks so much (love the start when u turn it on)
