I lived right there on Gillburn Road and this is where I spent my happy child hood back in the early seventies, It does look over grown and unkept, But like Ian Stewart said if they are letting it return to nature then it's a good thing. I would love to go back there and be 7 again with my mates and run aroond.

Sad to see them this way but prob better for nature ...used to go there from Kirkton at easter times from mid 60's when about 7yr old with my mum and aunt and cousins etc... live in Philippines now so bringing back memories thanks 😁🤚
