Is there a test we can take to test our Estrogen levels before taking topical Estrogen.

Yes, there is a test to determine your estrogen level but most women start estrogen based on symptoms. Remember if you still have your uterus you need progesterone too.

Dr. Kim!!! Whew, glad my feelings are justified. I have no regrets! My babies (college senior & college freshman) could always rely on me to be in the stands! LOUD!! They can never say they felt unsupported. Now we’re burning up the highways for college games. I wasn’t as bad this 2nd time around, though, with the new freshman. I still cried! Thanks for such a wonderful and timely topic.
