Hello lads! Here is my number one tip for your Logitech X3D PRO use. (I have been flying with mouse for 4.5 years in milsim units) -If you are a former mouse pilot, up that sensitivity to 2.4-3 on Yaw and Pitch! Helps to mimic that fine grain control you would have with a mouse. To buyers, this joystick is great, not the best, but great! Highly recommended.

What about controls for flaps do you just use your keyboard for that?

My only problem with this flight stick is that it's not ambidextrous or they didn't make a left version. That would have been perfect for me

Everytime I would set up my hotas be able to fly the helicopter and etc and then as soon as I would come off the game it would all reset.

Is the flight model at least as good as EECH and Longbow?

Hello I'm pretty new to ArmA III and I'am hoping that that you might be able to point me in the right direction. Questions: how do you enable the active radar that shows like in HUD view like in time index 2:04 to 2:46 or is that from an update and if so where would I fine that update? FotS is much more fun then normal shogun 2, having gatling guns fire thousands of rounds into the enemy charging infantry is a beauty to watch, plus who wouldn't want an army made up of Imperial guard infantry, Western Marines, Revolver cavalry, Armstrong guns and Gatling guns.

How do you fly with such ease?

Sensitivity calibration doesn't work well for me in Arma 3. I've found that doing the calibration in FS9, then closing FS9 and starting Arma 3 gives much better results, not sure how or even why it works, but it does for me. Have to repeat the process, however, every time I do a computer restart.

Would these controls work on jets too?

The blast off reminds me of the Space Shuttle launches before they were permanently dismantled 8 years ago.

I find it really difficult to land the heli now but i can manuever better, i just cant get use to raising and lowering the collective through the paddle :/ any suggestions other than just practicing with it?

Have this one, I just double tap alt so I can use my mouse to freelook when I need, my hand is almost always on the mouse actually.

Anyone else having problems with joystick or controller? When i move the joystick to any direction it gives 50 ish % of normal pressing keys..It's annoying. Any thoughts on how to fix that? (I've tried experimenting with senstivity already , didn't worked)

It took me 7 hours to complete that level simply because I didn't automate production as efficient as you :D was still fun though ;)

I'm a disabled vet, I just bought the Logitech Extreme 3d pro. I'm having trouble figuring out how to get it to work in my Arma 3 Apex game. Can anyone please make a video showing how? PS I'm 57 years old, and this tech stuff is Greek to me. Thanks for any help you can provide!! I'm also fighting to get my headset working as well.
