This machine is not at all good. We have one at my job and you have to hold the cushions down and pull at the same time to get any of them to seal properly. Even then there are still cushions in between that don't fill and don't seal. There has got to be better machines out there. The longest run I can get is ten pillows before 5 don't seal. Awful.

I have this machine and I am quite frustrated with it. Both types of film deflate meaning the cushions do not seal well and when running a batch of cushions many on the run do not fill so that I have a ton of waste. I'm really wanting to love this machine so if there are any tips you can give me please do.

So I buy the machine and then make the bubble wrap and the replacement film cost more than I can buy bubble wrap for online.. sounds like a waste of money and time

The films typically come in 280meter length rolls. My ready made bubble wrap costs me £14 for 50m. 280m of this would cost me £78.40 (and would take up a huge amount of space that I don't have). 2X rolls (560m) of the film costs me £73, and because it's thicker I use less product. So although it seems like a big initial expense, It's much more economical!
