Great walk-through! I ordered this planner this morning even though I already have one or two other planners that I am currently using. But they are not 100% meeting the mark. Since I was on their website ordering something else, I thought with their planners on sale, I would give it a try. I’m usually not a weekly planner, I have always used monthly/daily. But I was really intrigued by the weekly format in this particular planner. Usually you just get long columns and I feel like unless you use highlighters, stickers, and/or washi tape, everything in the column kind of runs together. Not good for my aging eyes! With this format and the boxes, I feel like it would be easy to highlight or use the sticky tabs as you did to differentiate between tasks, appointments, and routine items. I love your suggestion of using the sticky tabs instead of writing onto the page. I don’t know about anyone else, but I have more plans that change at the last minute! People calling to switch appointments, dog walkers, asking if they can come a half hour early or later if they get a cancellation. I’m so tired of crossing things out in my planner! This was an excellent suggestion, and I’m probably going to put that into practice. BTW, do you remember where you got those sticky tabs that fit perfectly within the boxes and are they transparent? If you have a resource it would be very much appreciated. Thanks again for the great detailed video on this planner!

Great review. She's thicc! and the color is right up my alley. I like Leuchtturm 1917 notebooks and still have a stash of 80 gsm and 120gsm. The pen is spelled Drehgriffel. (They're using an old style of handwriting that dates back at least 70 years, so the initial D looks like an O if you're not familiar with it.) The name translates to twist pen.

"Drehgriffel" means something like turn / rotate pen. You have to rotate / turn the bottom to release the pen so you can write.

i feel the same about holding onto a planner size. i went through and urge of setting up a pocket recently even though I've been in 1/2 letter, A5 and hobonichi for over 3 years now. i still have yet to use the pocket lol

I saved up money for a few months to buy a ZP, but it got scratched on the third day. I cried so much, and then my boyfriend bought me a bag from kislux for me to carry alternately. Anyway, there are so many bags on the street, so as long as others can't see it, I think it's fine. The thought is there.

I'm glad that to hear about how you feel about the Take A Note planner for daily journaling. I'm currently using a Sterling Ink B6 notebook, but I've been considering using the TAK as my future daily journal. I divide up some the pages in my SI journal in half (vertically) or in 4 quadrants most of the time anyway. 😅

Seems like this system is working really well for you, Sujey! I’m mostly staying in mine since fall, just refining a couple of things regarding projects, social media and work. I’m also constantly looking at new covers for personal rings like you, since I love that planner size so much… although I’m staying with FCC paper size in mine for now. 😊 It’s good to revisit systems and change accordingly if needed.
