Jag trodde J19 Smàland aldrig användes utan làg upplagd hela sin livstid. Det var HMS Halland som aktiverades varje sommar och för utlandstripper att träna besättningar, bla, bla, bla. Vilket slöseri med värnplikt och försvarspengar.
