Here’s the problem… Sitake may be a nice, sweet guy, but he is NOT a “CHAMPION!” One example is his reputation of hiring friends and not being able to fire them when they need to be. His lack of detail and precision is another problem (one simple evidenced of this issue is his continual problem with “wasted” time outs).
