I already realised that I am not a good companion to myself and that I rely too much on other people to be happy. I also realised that I lost "her" because I wasn't 100% content with myself and not a man like I should be. Now I am searching for the solution. I don't fucking know how to be happy alone but I must fix this problem. Started going to the gym four months ago. The progress is slow but it's there and I ain't gonna stop. Got a lot other stuff to fix as well but it's a journey and if I keep going like this, I will eventually find who I am and ultimately be happy.
