This was a very insightful interview with Njabulo Mashigo. Clarified no of misconceptions on the topic on Evolving Diversity: from Visible Differences to Cognitive Inclusion. Want to commend Njabulo she is indeed an inspiration and a guru in the HR discipline. Thank you to the podcast host Pamela for the high calibre of guests that you invite. This one was most enjoyable.🥂🍾👏👏👏

What a lovely walk done memory lane 😂, I remember bank books before ATM’s. Made me laugh 😂. That aside, what a heartfelt discussion and so humbling to hear such a beautiful life journey. We can make a difference as women, without silos and ‘just be’ women together. Thank you ladies 🙏

This is wonderful… I am enjoying this conversation… it feels like teleportation into the USA 🇺🇸, yet grounded in South Africa with Jabu Zwane. ❤❤❤

This topic reminds me of "the titleless leader" - how can we lead beyond roles and titles and still have influence over our lives. This is truly inclusive leadership.
