I personally would suggest anyone avoid using vivint at all costs! They use an obscure clause in very small print in the contract to justify raising the rate you thought you had locked in per the contract to something higher to pass on the cost of their doing business to you. The installer drilled all the way through the wall and outside through the siding to run the cables for the cameras. They only filled hole they made in the siding with caulk after tucking the wires under it. I can't find this siding anymore, so I have to wait until I can afford to reside my whole house. There are 2 areas this installer did this to. The installer left visible holes in my drywall below the outlets their wireless units plug into. Nothing was used to make this look professional. I have just over 2 years left on my contract with them(which is nearly impossible to cancel by the way). Once that is done, I WILL be posting a video of me destroy all their overpriced crap which doesn't work properly anyways. I had to purchase the equipment, so I own it...I can do whatever I please to it. I will post a video showing the damage once I am no longer under contract. Cameras don't detect movement like they should. Doorbell camera doesn't detect packages left within its view. It does let me know when I'm throwing my garbage away though, LMAO!!! I'm sure David Bywater is "above" the concerns of the people with whom the company serves. It's going to cost me THOUSANDS of dollars to fix the damage their installer did to my home. I know that complaining almost 3 years into my contract is a bit late, but I feel if I can help someone else avoid the costly mistake of using vivint, I will have done some good.

WHAT A BAD AND A FAKE LEADER I lost $160,000 because I trust Mr. John Chen when last year he said "we will have great progress in second quarter of 2022"!!! I bought my stocks at 11.00 and later on I found out that he sold a bunch of his own shares at around that 11 dollars at almost the same time!!!! Finally I sold my BB share at around 5.7 I really think Mr. John Chen should be ashamed of his given promises. I am living my retirement years with cancer and I lost lots of money based on his words. I have the proof too.

He continues to say "They (the Russians) believe" and "their perception". The question is: Is that a wrong a "belief" and "perception"? Because from where I'm sitting - here in Italy, a third party so to speak - it looks to me that their believes and perceptions are correct. The US doesn't even pretend anymore and hide that this is a war by proxy. Ukrainians are just a cannon fodder. Anyway, his solution in the end is common sense really. If common sense prevails, which doesn't seem so at the moment. Thank you for this interview. I wasn't familiar with George BeeBe. Signal to the markets Chen sent by agreeing to the deal. He set we he thought was fair value of the shares or Chen purposely screwed shareholders in favour of Watsa. Either way as shareholders we are destined to be stuck with a $6 share price until the deal expires and Watsa exercises or does not.
