I thought I had to replace the entire screen but it looks like I just need to replace just the screen cable. My screen mysteriously popped off without warning, tearing the connector cable. This makes a lot of sense. All I have to do is figure out what submodule year and serious run my particular Samsung A8 10.5" tablet it is. You made this look much simpler than I was expecting.

Absolutely EXCELLENT!!! My Galaxy A10e port began to malfunction getting worse and worse. I ordered a port replacement but was afraid to break the phone while taking it apart. Finally today, I couldn't recharge the phone. So I watched a couple of videos, then found this one. Followed the steps while watching it, and about 30min later, my phone is back to normal!
