Ah you see Cinderella's father died BUT her mother hadn't died, no one knew what had happened to her. She vanished one day lobg long before Cinderella's story. TURNS OUT the woman who because Cinderella's step mother changed road signs so Cinderella's mother would get lost and she could swoop in and marry Cindy's father. NOW SHE'S BACK, she's drydged her way oht of the woods to be united once again with her beautiful daughter who u beknownst to her had gotten married to the prince of the land while she was lost! ... now we have a story as to why there's 2 cinderella figures ha!

HI MEREDITH I NEED HELP so basically I have this really bad memory and it comes to me at unwanted moments and it’s like it haunts me Btw it’s not like a car crash or death Is it trauma or ptsd???

Hi Coyoseal, unfortunately, due to be not being a licensed therapist, you’ll have to take this with a grain of salt. Going off what you’ve said, it can be anything. It could be both trauma and ptsd. It could be a traumatic event that lead to having ptsd. For me, any traumatic experience I’ve had has definitely inflicted its own response. Whether that’s through ptsd or anxiety. Having autism, it can be pretty difficult to deal with these episodes. For me, my ptsd causes me to be VERY paranoid. I won’t go into detail of the event, but whenever I shower, I look outside of the curtain 3-4 times throughout my shower as a reflex/habit my brain has adopted from said event(due to ptsd.) I guess to keep it short, majority of us will have trauma. It’s just dependent on how your brain reacts to said trauma to determine if it’s ptsd or not. If every time you think of the event, and you go into a full blown panic attack, after getting triggered by something that relates to said event, it could really be either trauma response or ptad. Please do not take my advice as 100% accurate. I am not and don’t claim to be a licensed therapist. This is simply just based off my experience.
