Well Nicola, in my defense, that was 10 years ago, and I was going through the whole FMOTL stuff, which I have since found doesn't work, now however, 10 years on, I have had several successes in different court proceedings, however... you live and learn, and these days, after learning my shit, as you put it, my kungfu is strong. Looking back at this clip from a decade ago, I do somewhat agree with you, however I find trying out different paths to see what works and what doesn't is beneficial, and I don't tell others suggestions on how to deal with various matters, unless I have done the same from a first hand perspective, opposed to parroting others information, what have you done personally that helps others? anything?, please direct me to your shit, so I can know the correct way, cheers.

I remember my first introduction to Billy, it was in Sweden. My now late father, bless his soul, was preparing us all for moving to New Zealand and hired Came a Hot Friday on video. I remember the video store where we picked out the tape together, in Göteborg, not too far from Liseberg, on the road heading towards Mölndal, where we lived at the time. very true, on New Zealand here, the whole sovereign argument in these courts is an instant fail, I have found using their own rules, and holding them to it, easilly wins, such as their pre-requisite requirements of disclosure to the defence, i have won several times using this approach.

I got arrested the other day when the lady cop came to the car she said I’m just doing an alcohol and licence check…I told her I don’t mind doing an alcohol check cos I don’t drink but I don’t need to provide my licence details because I don’t stand under your jurisdiction she right away knew nothing cos she was only a kid…needless to say my passenger was pepper sprayed while sitting in the car and then I was man handled out of the car and arrested eventually I went willingly because I’ve done that before…I asked to speak to a supervisor none was provided…I went to Hastings police station and refused to answer questions then when they read out the charges I signed nothing and the cop behind the counter asked if I was a sovereign…they still made me take finger prints and then the pepper spray kicked in and they ended up taking me to the hospital because I have a heart condition and potential for mihi strokes are high…it was horrible no charges were laid…but what’s the point and what happens next…nothing other than people saying to lay charges on them…the system is stuffed cos these kids didnt even know that they had to provide a supervisor…frustrating much 😏

I would send that to Fail Army youtube channel! if you are operating a registered vehicle, they hold custody and if you tell them you do not need a license for driving... i don't think you grasp what driving is by the book definition!! ...anyway. in our country we have them respecting our contract for our private, nothing personal, time travel units that we migrate in. I do not Drive. You have to realise that the agents on the streets know little or nothing about this. It is the courts that know so your best course of action,unless you have the legitimate paperwork on hand at all times is to hand over your license so you can get home safe. You can't go down this path half assed and expect to come out unscathed respectfully. If you're not ready, then don't pull out the smoking gun...

Mark, I have just seen this video - I seem to recall you sent me an email or faceache message ages ago and I responded "i have no idea who you are or what you are on about". I am not in the habit of sending peopel letters unless they have done something - and since I don;t know you it calls into question the integrity of the letter. What I can say though - with 100% certainty - is that you don;t conduct due diligence. Why would I - someone you dont know and doesnt know you send your wife a letter - doh! I seem to recall I asked you to send me a copy of this alleged letter which I dont believe I have ever received form you. So as far as I'm concerned you are making the whole thing up. Here I am - I stand on my words - I dont hide behind a keyboard like many people - I have no idea who Neil, Steve or Mike are - however I can assure you that I will now be instructing agents in New Zealand to a) track you (I have no idea of your address hence can't have sent you a letter) - perhaps you'd like to send me your address via email so I can b) instruct a legal team to consider an action against you. I'll wager you wont do that! Lets get this sorted out once and for all shall we? Or will it reveal the charade you are playing?

Have you dealt with the MINISTRY OF TRAINSPORT on the matter of not having a vehicle Registration and the MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT wants to deregister the number plates? do they have the right to do so, did we not buy the number plates when we brought the vehicle? I found under the NZ TRANSPORT AGENCY, searched for Number Plates, it states, A plate stays with a vehicle for the length of its life, unless it's replaced after being lost, stolen, damaged, or with personalized plates. I cannot see anywhere, where it states the MINSTRY OF TRANSPORT owns them, so their accusations, threats and wasting anyone's time is a crime in the matter of harassment, so therefore, I could have the District Court do me a Restraining Order for the MINSTRY OF MISERY. What do you think, please Mark?

From memory, you are paying for the license/registration fee to use their Plates, the Plate is property of NZTA unless a personalized plate, which you buy and own, this is why cops will remove plates or if your disposing of the vehicle you hand the plates back to them and are refunded any fees you pay for the registration if months left on the registration period. He who creates it owns it, they made the plate, just like the Driver License, they created it, and can revoke/confiscate it. My mother, who has dementia, had hers revoked, and had to hand in her physical license. Harassment is 2 or more time over 12 months, causing you to fear for your safety etc, see harassment Act. I would simply trespass them under s3 and 4 of the trespass act, be it NZTA or Police, this puts a clear line in the sand and if nothing else can give them pause before acting. Or, in writing, give them a notice to cease and desist, stating their actions are causing you alarm, distress and cause to fear for your safety. just spitballing there mate.
