Better don´t wear shoes when you deadlift!! Barefoot is more safe for the lift. You have more control and you are "nearer" at the weight.

Awesome job man! The second one was even better than the first. Got the jitters out. I'd recommend setting the bar one notch lower. You shouldn't be going onto your tippy toes to unrack. Squat deeper under it to unrack. That way the bar is in a better position. Right now it's a little high on your back that's why you rocked forward on the first one. Good job adjusting for it on the second one though! Those were solid lifts.
