Chinese and Cambodia town? suprise! Can you see almost Vietnamese language in store? 21% citizen of Spring vilage is Vietnamese, how to call Chinese town and Cambodian town. Almost all gold shops, grocery stores, fruit and vegetable shops are managed by Vietnamese people
