Build all the charging stations you want, none of these manufacturers have understood that evs range and charging times are unacceptable, not to mention the added problem of fitness for use..ie towing, snow plowing, long distance travel, useage in remote locations, rapid power loss in cold and hot weather, etc.......

Don't worry it's just a bargaining postion. Trump and Elon have your backs, these upstanding guys would never destroy a whole industry just to message their EGOS. I guess the smug reporters at daily drive are now finding out who Tump is going to kick down the road!

Larry, I often wondered why Japanese 2 door SUVs, which are common in other parts of the world, were not sold in this market. It turns out that shortly after the debut of the original, 2 door 4Runner, the Chicken Tax was modified. That meant that 2 door SUVs were subject to the same tax which already applied to pickups and cargo vans.

Am I the only one who thinks NADA is feeling a little entitled to the dealer ‘rights’ to sell Scout vehicles? Since when does a retailer tell an OEM how they are allowed to sell their products? Maybe I’m missing the perspective…

That clip of Biden driving the pickup is soooo fake. He was too deep into his dementia in order to properly operate a motor vehicle. Clearly the truck was being towed with Biden and Leno in it. And then Biden bragging about 500,000 electric car chargers to be built. The funds allocated for that project is $7.5 billion dollars. And they're supposed to be all built by the year 2030. So far, only about 8 had been built in 2 years. Somehow I doubt the remaining 499,992 will be built within the next 5 years.

So you think maybe because they actually want to buy the car? Are you aware, that when Tesla first announced that they were going to manufacture a smaller car and the name of that car was going to be the Model 3, and in the first hour of that announcement, they gave the website to where you could go to sign up, and put down $1000, nonrefundable, and other words if you decided to cancel your reservation, they get to keep your thousand dollar reservation fee, and in the first hour they had over 100,000 pre-orders, and the traffic on the website, was so heavy that it actually crashed the website, and they had to shut it down and as they say, the rest is history, because the Model 3 was the top selling car for the 2 to 3 years before they introduced the model Y, which Elon correctly predicted would out sell the Model 3, and it did and it didn’t take 3 years for that to happen, and now it’s the number one selling SUV in its class for the last 3 or 4 years, and so think about that, as the people had not even seen the car, let alone have an opportunity actually drive it. Comphrende. Cheers 🥂

Yeah! My 1982 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L H.O. 302Boss V8, 4-Speed MT, with tinted T-Tops (plus slip covers when not used) and yes it was a Fox Body Hatchback with tonneau cover . Also included Fog Lamps, silver Alloy wheels have 16 vented slots or pockets and a large center cap cover, one Chrome Tail Pipe. The Firestone 721 tires were crap as lasted less than 10K miles. Unfortunately, the hood had a fake low profile air intake. It was only 157 HP. Had 15.4 gal tank. It was in the California bidding competition with the 1982 Chevy Camaro as which vehicle would be used as the CHiP "California Highway Patrol" Interceptor. The Ford Mustang WON! MSRP was about $12K purchased in Fresno, CA at Friendly Ford on Blackstone Ave. I believe the Dealership marked up the price and cost more for having T-Top. Glad it never leaked. Medium Red exterior and Black interior as seats where cloth. Standard Ford AM/FM Stereo Cassette and 4-speakers (2 dash and 2 rear hatchback). Rear legroom seating a bit crampy but will fit 2 adults. manual Front seats reclined. No such thing as lumbar support but seats were comfortable as I always drove and was never a passenger. Back seat folded down as one whole section. Some people laughed when I put a black front bumper protector on, as said it looked like a bra or a tampon. It prevent paint chips and from cleaning a lot of bugs in the San Joaquin Valley, Ca. Guess it was a 8 Second car (0-60MPH). My 2023 Toyota Camry XSE V6 has 301 HP and does the 0-60MPH in 6.2 Seconds (Car & Driver, other magazines, forums, and various sources claim it is a 5.8 second car providing you fine tune, reduce some weight, and have racing experience/skill, plus good environment setting. The Camry TRD aka Turd being less weight, tweaked suspension, and slightly better exhaust system under the right conditions can go 0-60 in 5.6 seconds. I am comparing the 1982 Mustang GT V8 with 157 HP being a 8 sec car [17 City/ 28 Highway MPG ] vs 8th Gen. Camry XSE V6 with 301 HP (nearly twice the HP) is roughly 2 seconds faster. '82 Mustang had no airbags - none as Ford first start installing them in 1990.

Questions : how is hydrogen made.? electricity via splitting water, or oil (Hydo-carbon), using electricity How will it be transported safely ? it's the mallest molecule and will escape water and airtight seals, it also needs to be supercooled. How will it be stored for dispensing to users safely ? see above. What happens when a Hydrogen powered vehicle crashes or is crashed into ? Doesn't it make more sense to use solar to capture energy from the sun, and store that in batteries, for use in electric vehicles. ?
