If I owned that I'd have an open day for fans in the summer for a small fee if only to help with the maintenance costs. The heating bill alone must be astronomical.

Every time I watch one of these wonderful videos, it brings back so many happy memories. Thank-you so much for doing them.

Absolutely loved Auf Wiedersehen Pet and it’s one of the very few programmes I go back to regularly and watch all the way through on dvd. Series 2 was my personal favourite but loved it all. Great video,thanks.

I watched the whole series again a few months ago. I loved this programme when I was about 12. For a 12 year old kid watching something so brilliantly made it’s basically all gone now from this era of mobile phone addicts. Shame what this world is turning into. Life was harder back then but people were happy with basically nothing

You should go and photograph the empty stage at central in Nottingham instead of the villa. All Spanish interiors were recorded after Holten’s death along with the last few Barley Mow bits.

My ex went crazy when we didn't have much money around about 2000 ish - the series were being shown on the tv channel Bravo in the UK, but we were out in Bexleyheath and I bought the vhs box set of both series for £79.99 (for context I think I was earning a couple of hundred a week at the time and could have watched it every night episode after episode on Bravo) haha! good times, still got the VHS - the ex went years ago.

Loved Auf Weidersehen Pet steve absolutely brilliant viewing i have every single episodes on dvd including the specials the funniest two moments to my memory both in series 3 where they are doing up Thornley manor lol 😂 off camera though on KZbin but not broadcast is off camera where Tim Spall aka Barry rips his trousers lol 😂 and in the final episode where they are leaving Derbyshire for Spain lol and Brick up the front door of miserable Arthur Pringle of the Barley Mow and give him a early morning phone call lol singing down the phone lol " Wall meet again" lol classic comedy moments 😅😂
