I am from Sweden, so I grew up with this version during the 90s. The speed does feel quite familiar, but I have been playing the NTSC version for several years by now, so it feels very strange to hear the PAL version today.

True! But if you hear more closely, you'll notice that the PAL version is a bit faster than the NTSC-U version. Overall the pitch is perfect.

NES is not capable of 1080p output. That's a flat-out lie. Likewise, the PAL NES is not capable of 60hz output. It does not align with the the PAL video standard. You, sir, are full of shit.

You do realize it's NOT 60fps natively at least by the way? If you want a 60fps Mega Man experience, it is literally silly to play on PAL.
