The only issue with the master deck is that vigilant card is 4 more resources cause it’s double blue not single

I think the budget version looks like a better deck. I most definitely wouldn't be taking out Han for Rey, and Rose is a million times better than Mando in this deck. In terms of the Master deck I think putting in Tech would be solid. I appreciate the content though!

Love these videos. Would love to see a version of "if you followed my previous guide for these decks, here is the budget and master versions upgraded even further using the set 2" for those that made the previous changes, especially the budget one since those aren't too hard to get on the secondary market.

I've been pretty successfully running Heroic Boba Yellow. Being able to cheat the ambush breakpoints with his ability can be pretty clutch. Especially late game with Han being able to straight trade a lot of leaders.

Great video series I watched both your original Luke and Vader deck upgrades they were very helpful this video was helpful too. Would it be possible to do budget and master that includes both sets? Will you be doing Set 2 starter decks?

I chose Bo-Katan Kryze as my leader in last week's PreRelease Event and went 4-0 with the deck. I had a high concentration of Mandalorians along with the rare Mandalorian Armor. While I only had 26 playable cards, I was able to fill the 4 empty slots with off aspect bombs.

I attended three down here in Southern Oregon, and I am very spent. But, they were all a blast!

I lived in Magical Christmas Land at the last pre-release. Had the full menagerie with both Rancor Cards and the Krayt Dragon. Was just playing them for the Lolz but ended up taking it to 4-0

Went 4-2 with Cad green at my pre release. Fennec did work as my bomb. Altering the Deal was huge for me. Scanning Officer was a coin toss but it was huge when I got a First Light with it on turn 2.

Cards like this and Finn make me really wonder what is going on in the FFG playtesting environment. I guess when you make 16 leaders a set, it gets hard to come up with good ideas.

That BK pronunciation 😮 Ive yet to decide if the bounty upgrade cards are worth running in limited. They have felt underwhelming though definitely interested in trying out Bossk

Depending on whether smuggle is going to be good as a constructed mechanic Scanning Officer might be the best card in the set. If they have any resources that are smuggled you could deny them energy with it since resources enter play exhausted

Quick note: You said you can buff Moisture farmer twice with Rey, but you can actually buff it three times. I like the idea of Ketsu Onyo in limited, because it can also destroy Bounty cards that your opponent may have played on you, such as Rich Reward; or debuffs like Frozen in Carbonite. I know your video doesn't discuss rares, but I thought I'd throw this out there for anyone considering Rey for pre-release. If you pull Mystic Reflection (rare force action), you can target your own units with it to lower their power by 2, and target them with Rey an additional time. This can be a handy trick at the end of a turn when your opponent has taken initiative and you just wanna go into the next turn with a little something extra. The -2 power is only temporary, so it creates a window where Rey can buff something, but the negative wears off by the time it matters.

Sorta dig lots of space with Gideon, as i dont really think Gideon is a strong ground aggro deck - tho it maybe hard to get alot space in a sealed pool
