HAIER BMR FRIDGE IS A SCAM ! I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the defective refrigerator (Haier Bottom Mount model) I purchased from Amazon this year in 2024. Since the time of purchase, the refrigerator has failed to function as expected. Despite raising multiple complaints, the issues remain unresolved, leading to repeated inconvenience and financial losses due to spoiled food. I have raised multiple complaints with Haier on the following dates below in 2024. April 13, April 15, April 21, May 7, June 22, July 7, Aug 12, Nov 28, Dec 1. Key Issues: 1. The refrigerator is not cooling properly, causing food items such as milk, vegetables, and dosa batter to spoil frequently. 2. The icemaker has never worked since installation. 3. The most recent technician’s visit revealed a significant issue: while the display indicates a freezer temperature of -18°C, the actual temperature is 8°C. This confirms a fault in the cooling system. 4. Previous technicians suggested using glass or ceramic containers, which we tried, but it made no difference. I no longer wish to use any Haier products due to this deeply disappointing experience. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE !!
