Your label changed my life I found out about drum and bass around 2006 from a close friend of mine who's spun a lot of Total Science , Danny Byrd Cyantific etcetera. On his mixes time and time again I found that my favorites were all hospital records artists they still are keep up the good work!

Mr Coleman, you are a legend. Thank you for introducing me to dnb through your label and podcast. Speaking of which, is the Hospital podcast now dead? Seems like episode 500 was the last? All gone dark. Will you make any new FSR podcast episodes? I miss good dnb podcasts. Keep up the great work.

Thanks for sharing this and glad you found improvements. Can I ask if you incorporated sound therapy at all in your healing journey? White/pink noise, music etc,? I assume that you didnt use ear plugs much or not at all (confusing or contradictory advice out there about ear plugs...some say use them, some say its a kind of avoidance behavior and slows the de-sensitization process). Cheers

Thank you for raising the important point - essential really - that this is a mind-body issue. The more we "hate" it or want it to just "get better" or focus in on the symptoms, the harder it is to recover. I know it will take time, but I am following a similar approach as you, and also using various practices to calm down the nervous system, focus on the body (yoga etc.) and staying "willing" to have it. Anxiety and depression are strongly associated in my case and I find the better the mood, or the calmer I am, the less severe the symptoms. Stay positive everyone (and do stay away from bad news, including negative crap on forums or patient discussion groups or reddit etc...).
