The Storz brewery building, at least the smokestack for it, still stands. I believe it’s on north 16th Street, east side, around 15-10 blocks north of Dodge. 👍 It’s made of red brick, and lighter brick spells “Storz” on it.

Parks where I live are cutting down the birch, member of the aspen , because of ash emerald borer is destroying the many trees. But how they are doing it , destroying all the trillium, the jack -in - the pulpit, so many rare wild plants. A whole area of trillium gone, even the nodding trillium. Dutchman's Breeches, yellow fox glove. the lady slippers yellow and the pink ones gone. no trace where they once were. FISHER CREEK , WISCONSIN. That had and was known to many rarely seen birds, that migrate, some that stay in Wisconsin to breed. I do not think they hired the right people to take down trees.. It is as if they plan to make it into a PARK LIKE NOTHING OF REAL BEAUTY, OR is it because gardening is for, as said, for (unkind political reason words )

I have a double set a pink willow dishes that my mother and I have collected.....she was killed in a car accident 2 years ago .....these are one of my prized possessions.
