Terrible video, left out a step between removing the covers and popping out the dampers. There is another cover over the dampers that I can't figure out how to remove.

Każdego poszkodowanego proszę o kontakt ze mną lub z prokuratorem, która prowadzi śledztwo w sprawie wyłudzenia oraz handlu danymi osobowymi (RODO). Pozwy cywilne mogą nie mieć sensu, ale oszustów z pewnością można wsadzić do więzienia z tyt. RODO. I tym bardziej, że sprawa będzie dotyczyć nowego właściciela tej marki. I'm represent NotaPress. The Polish prosecutor's office is investigating. A civil case is unlikely to succeed, but you can certainly put this group of people in jail for trading in personal data GDPR. This is a very serious crime. Register every telephone contact with Digiprint. Make a print screen from the 'my account' tab. I will give the contact and case number to the prosecutor later.

Ich repräsentiere die Firma NotaPress, die Opfer eines Betrugs um 4600 Euro ist: Online erworbene Druckerköpfe bei der Firma Digiprint Supplies sind nicht erhalten worden, nichtsdestotrotz weigern sich Vertreter der Firma, die dafür beglichenen Kosten zurück zu erstatten. I had the same issue. I placed 2 separate orders and kept being promised they were being shipped but nothing every arrived. Luckily I paid by Paypal and had no problem getting my money back. Their website says items are in stock even when they are not. I originally ordered an "in stock" item on the 4 September, and only on the 26 September did they finally admit they didn't have the item but it was due in. Don't use them!

Before the head replacement, it's necessary to do procedure to remove the ink then, after replacement you have to fill again the head and adjust it mechanically. These instructions are not complete, so useless. Prices are quite the same i got from the Roland official asistance...

The mechanical part is easy, by all means, but what about the alignment of the head and the steps in the service menu? This video is kind of useless.

I've never seen the ends of the ribbon cables so saturated with ink. It's a miracle something hasn't fried yet. Also, yes you do need to do the mechanical and digital alignments for uni/bi directional printing in low/high head height. You'll need to consult the technician service manual for instructions on how to do this. It's not difficult, at all.
