Is there something special to be done for the Menu option within the chat window once the automation is turned on? Whenever I test my automation, the menu option within chat does not appear. I cant get in touch with facebook support for this, so any info you may have is useful.

Any input on getting Google to remove reviews that truly aren’t yours? It seems you said here to basically just live with it? Is there really nothing we can do? That is against Googles own guidelines. What is a small business to do.

50:12 curious, are you saying that review sites thats request feedback on their actual experience can hurt a company?
