It seems like you're experiencing electronic-related issues, with all the ailerons moving upwards simultaneously (independent from the movement of the main wings). Have you identified the root cause of this problem?

I had a new one of those a couple years ago. It didn’t fly badly but it was built with sheet balsa and the tail ripped off in a snap roll.

Foam planes are cheep crap. Balsa flies better, and it's stronger.

Had a Pete-E from Outerzone a couple of years back and it looked similar to this in form but with a rounded leading edge not sharp as this one appears. It was a lot of fun until a low inverted pass where I pulled up.
