Came back to say I played this for my professional wedding song and it was amazing. It felt just as ethereal, surreal, and dreamlike as I had hoped it would. So my wedding party walked to the first part and then for my entrance she played the arpeggio section at 2:02 DO IT!!

"They had two choices -- burn, or leap and end it all." Rest in Peace to all of the victims of the September 11th attacks. The situation that 3,000 people found themselves in that morning was nothing short of Hell. The poor, innocent people who found themselves above the impact zone of the planes in the World Trade Center Towers were trapped in conditions similar to the inside of an oven. The floors below them were ripped to shreds, and their only way out was to jump, be engulfed in flames, or suffer for long enough to be crushed in the collapse of the building. This music (I found through a different video of the jumpers) of the tragedy helps viewers like me who were too young to remember 9/11 to understand just how awful and grizzly that day was, nearly 22 years ago. I visited the 9/11 Memorial and Museum recently and it was extremely solemn yet moving. May Lord have mercy on them and their families as our nation continues to mourn the loss of our fellow countrymen and women.

I still come back to this compilation whenever I need intense healing. I feel a great sense of ease listening to all the pieces and for a moment, I find a sense of relief.
