But only pruning will not produce such excellent result. I think the main reason for getting result like you is how to fertiliser after pruning. So request to please share that. Because my plant after pruning is again producing leggy branches

If you get a low germination rate with that potting mix don't give up on the seeds. Instead try waiting until the soil becomes damp instead of soaking wet, then take something like a toothpick or small twig and fluff up the top layers of soil with a stirring motion to let some air and light into the mix. Then water lightly with a fine mist of water from a spray bottle so not to disturb the soil. If they're overdue to germinate already give them at least another week and keep the soil fluffy to let on eir and light.
