I thought you were joking about this on the comments. First of all, congrats! I'm not familiar with this method, but you seem to be doing well. I've made some big changes in my diet as well. I ate meat every day my whole life. I decided to try vegetarian and have noticed a great deal of endurance increase. I've always been an intermittent faster, by nature. People focus too much on 6 meals a day, but I don't think they realize that constantly working your digestive system results in a short life span. It's the skinny people eating vegetable soup, sitting under a tree all day that tend to live til 110 years old, lol. Anyways, good vid! Subbed and liked for support!

What size scuppers did you use ? I have the same boat

These are original equipment on my boat. They work well but you do need to check them periodically as acorns, etc will block the ball from doing it's job. I am replacing my originals as they are 14 years old The TH Marine ones from Academy Sports look like the same exact ones.

I'm a new used boat owner and I had the problem of water coming into the boat via the deck drain , I guess I have to replace the same part as you, this video has been the most help I've found yet

Does it work well and would you recommend?
