So many people I see on this post don't comprehend the Word at all, on a lot of topics, but I was the same way at one time, study, study and more study is needed. We are so quick to accuse with the word and taking scriptures out of context.

MATTHEW 19:9 The ONLY exception for divorce (Biblically) is fornication/adultery. In this case, unfortunately it's been alleged against Hez
@warrior4jesus1228 жыл бұрын
sir the word states except it be for fornication and fornication is sex before marriage adultery is sex while being married and The Lord never created divorce he even said so in scripture before it was no so. It was because of the hardening of their hearts in the Moses' days that he gave them a bill of divorcement. Till Death do ye part still stands and you can not marry again while your first wife still liveth search the scripture. Put away unless you be reconciled but remain unmarried scripture.

I love this lady, I listen to all her sermons and songs on KZbin, having said that, I cannot condone her second marriage , she cannot marry another man, so long as her husband lives, doesn't mean she can't separate, but to remain in that new marriage is adulterous, she must always seek to reunite with Bishop Walker, and the same goes for him.
@NenskiTrill8 жыл бұрын
you right. that's what the Word says!!
@rockdog41796 жыл бұрын
People perish for lack of knowledge, it's sad to say that someone cannot remarry, read your Bible understand your Bible, if a person does not want to reconcile with you and their heart is hardened towards you, you have the right to divorce! Adultery was never a reason for divorce, it was because of the hardness of their hearts that God gave Moses the command for divorce, If mr. Bishop Walker did not want to reconcile with his wife and his heart was hardened toward her or vice versa then that spouse has a right to remarry, now if he was the one who was trying to reconcile with her and she did not want to and her heart was hardened toward him then he has a right to divorce her if I'm wrong give me scripture saying so. In my humble opinion I believe every man has the power from God to win his wife back, because my Bible tells me that men were given favor for even having a wife! It may take some work it may take separation maybe one year maybe two years depends on the depth of the heart and pain, and I know God is not a man where he can lie so if I have favor for having a wife, I can go to the throne of God

@@rockdog4179 so true, the word says in all thy getting get an understanding., also in part my people perish from a lack of kniwledge.

I John 4:1 does not say "try the spirit by the spirit". That phrase is not in The Bible. It says "try every spirit, to see whether it be from God". "Try the spirit by the spirit" is a man-made adaptation of that Scripture reference. We must be careful not to mis-quote in this age because that is how heresy has crept into the Body. Nothing wrong with the phrase or the practice but it is not stated that way in the Bible. We just have to be real careful. God bless us all!
@mlmitch649 жыл бұрын
newcreature2011 While the verse is stated differently, in essence, it means the same thing.
@UncleDuTheWatchman9 жыл бұрын
Absolutely It does! But that does not change my point :-) . My point was not about this verse in particular, it was about what we do to scriptures and how we always excuse it. In cases such as this, yes it is harmless because the essence doesn't change. But it happens to the detriment in a lot of other cases so it would behoove us to not add to or take away from scriptures, as we were told not to do that. "Try the spirit by the Spirit" is a good practice to live by but you can't say the Bible says that because the Holy Spirit is not mentioned in that verse.

Point taken. I concur. :)
