You are allowed to move stones around ancient ruins like its your grandmothers house ? They should definitely have security guards there 😬

People did it for 2 thousand years

@@pacco1737 yeah and Chinese wall was falling apart and was treated like garbage, now its something completely different, we should destroy everything like bunch of monkeys.

@@mworkman3375 You are probably the like that goes into a ancient temple and writes graffiti and brakes stuff to take it home.

@@denis3208 i am certainly not that type and i don't see what they're doing as comparable in any reasonable way.

@korvix if you research it, the founder of MovNat doesn't say its the only way. MovNat is about natural movement skills. i love powerlifting and used to do the same ratio as you but ask yourself why you have to pick one over the other. specialization is one-dimensional. being strong is important, but so is flexibility, agility, endurance, speed, balance, defending yourself, etc. if a person wants to develop physique, cool, but i aim to still move - lift/run/climb at 60, heck, why not 90.

i would do this workout but sadly.. i have no baby
@seinj901313 жыл бұрын
looks cool, but i prefer strict high resistance training deadlift 2.5x bw and squat 2x bw - much more satisfying and return on investment is greater in terms of physique development / time spent training
