Great Ideas! I think I am going to do that August Promo this year! Can I do a flash sale for it? My fear is that ALL my month unlimited clients will come in and buy it, and leave me dry for September/October. I did similar for Black Friday 2021 and I shot myself in the foot in January 2022.

Thank you. I just fired 2 staff for theft and dishonesty. I cannot give them a second chance because if i allow it once then I will teach them it's ok. I did 2 bad hires and that is my fault, wont be doing that again and the selection of people in my area really sucks so I'll be working my salon myself until the right person comes along.
